Information we collect

When you contact us or book an appointment, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and preferred appointment time. Online bookings are handled by our practice management provider, Pracsuite, on their own systems.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It records that a browser visited a page on this site, together with standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, the page address and referring page. Meta may use cookies or similar technologies to do this.

We use this data to measure how many people visit the site after seeing our advertising, and to help Meta optimise and target the ads we run. We do not upload customer lists, email addresses, phone numbers or other personal identifiers to Meta, and we never send health or clinical information to any advertising platform.

Visitors located in regions where prior consent is required for advertising cookies — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — are not tracked at all: the Meta Pixel does not load for them.

You can limit this tracking at any time by using your browser's cookie controls or tracking-protection settings, or by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

How we use your information

We use the details you give us to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and provide care. Health records are kept in line with our obligations under Australian privacy law and the requirements of the Chiropractic Board of Australia (AHPRA).
