What Your $69 First Visit Actually Includes
A $69 consultation is only worth anything if it's a real consultation. Here's exactly what happens across your first two appointments — the same assessment we'd run at the full $120 fee.
Visit One — Full Assessment
Detailed medical history, neurostructural and chiropractic examination, orthopaedic testing and postural screening. Digital X-ray if your chiropractor determines it is clinically indicated — taken on site at Fern Bay (Merewether patients book a separate short imaging appointment there). If it's safe and appropriate on the day, you'll receive your first adjustment in this visit.
Visit Two — Report of Findings
We review your imaging and postural screening with you, explain what we found, and set out a personalised care plan built around your body, your lifestyle and your goals. A second adjustment is given if appropriate.
No Lock-In, No Pressure
The $69 covers both appointments. There is no obligation to commit to ongoing care, no contract, and no pre-payment required to take up the offer.
What Happens After
Ongoing adjustments are $85, or $75 for pensioners and under-18s. Medicare GP Management Plans, DVA White and Gold cards and private health fund claiming are all accepted. Pre-paid blocks of 12 save $120.

For ongoing care, yes. We accept GP Chronic Condition Management Plans through Medicare, DVA White and Gold cards, and we issue itemised invoices you can claim against your private health extras. The $69 offer itself is a discounted new-patient rate and isn't claimable in conjunction with those — but everything after it is.
Yes. We provide care across every life stage — paediatric, teenage, pre-natal and post-natal, adults, athletes and seniors. Techniques and force are adapted significantly for children and during pregnancy. Family rates are available; ask our reception team when you book.
If you're waking up stiff, sore, or with a headache, yes. Your pillow height and support determine how your cervical spine sits for seven or eight hours a night, which is longer than any other single posture in your day. We'll assess your pillow against your actual cervical curve during your consultation. It's often the cheapest and fastest change available, and it costs nothing to check.
Some mild soreness or stiffness is common, particularly after a first visit or when an area has been restricted for a long time. As joints begin moving more freely and the surrounding muscles adapt, you may feel something similar to post-exercise soreness. It typically settles within 24 to 48 hours. If anything concerns you, call the clinic — we'd rather hear from you.
